Never know where I’m supposed to be I never feel accepted anyway. I have bpd and I’m living with an abusive narcissist, I’m disabled so I’m literally at her mercy. I don’t know how much more I can take

@Escaphism

I'm not officially diagnosed but my friends and I think I have bpd. I also have other disabilities and have always felt like I don't really belong. We can at least feel less lonely together...!

I don't know what to do about your situation. I was in a place that was bad for me once... it turned out I had a lifeline I didn't even know existed. But I really don't like giving definite instructions when I know almost nothing about the situation.

I know bpd can come with ups and downs. Moments of extreme doubt, followed by regret. I don't want you to just take my advice blindly, consider what is right for you (and please let others weigh in on this!)

I'm happy to listen more. Things may have changed for you, it could be different now.

Anyway, I hope you're taking care of yourself. It took bravery to make such a post, and I'm sorry I can't just give you an answer. But I'm here, I relate, and I believe in you.

Also bipolar. I’m getting used to the uncertainties after ten years.

Just want to second what that top post said. Also reminding you that things will get as good as they are bad at times because, for one, your capacity to feel deeply has got to be growing. Things must be better in the very end. I know that. My thinking is a person doomed to survive by their wits has become very clever through what problems they’ve had to solve to avoid a painful death. To their joy, they find afterward they have real talent for not being a victim for tricksters because their mind has been really sharpened by the hard times.

Feel better!
