Not sure what's happening to me

I've been fantasizing about ending men because there's just this voice telling me they're evil. My dad and brother are good people, but my uncle has always made me feel unsafe with his behavior. I've always been into true crime but lately I just end up screaming and hurting myself. I used to see shapes and patterns as deformed faces and bodies and it's all coming back again, worse than before. My parents don't take me seriously what should I do??
