Quiet Bipolar Disorder
Hello! I am a returning 7cups member. I recently discovered that I had Quiet BPD. I always felt different from others around me but I couldn't pin point what it was. It wasn't until I learned there was another side to BPD that I decided to look more into it. I had all of the signs and to tell you the truth, I was relieved. I finally found a category I fit into. It gave me hope; I could now look for resources tailored to my specific disorder, which brings me here. I wanted to get in touch with others who have a similar or the same condition as I do. So, hello again and nice to meet you.

My pleasure 💜
@DandelionrainHello and welcome back! It’s completely understandable to feel both relief and hope after finally identifying something that’s been affecting you for so long. Quiet BPD can feel isolating because a lot of your struggles are internalized, but reaching out here is a big step toward connection and support.
You’re not alone
Nice to meet, I too got clarification of my diagnosis and I feel so much better and I'm able to use my treatment plan better according to my symptoms
