Schozoaffective BPD
I loved a girl and accepted that she was autistic. I express my feelings and she completely shuts me out and blocks me even after having good times together. I don’t understand why she blocked me on everything when I tried apologizing for making her uncomfortable by expressing my feelings for her. I’m schizoaffective bpd and I feel like everyone I’ve ever loved always pushes me away because of my darkness in me. But I can still love I’m not brown and I always care deeply but also lash out out of anger and later apologize for my bpd. I don’t understand.
@resourcefulKite5687 I am trying to figure out how to use this forum so if I sent 2 replies, I am sorry. I cannot give advice but I think I can relate. What I have learned and try to do is let go of people who reject me. Often I dwell on who is at fault but it doesn't change anything. But I can try to change my own actions. Mostly I realize that the more I try to make somebody like me, the less they like me. If I let them go, I hope I am making room in my life for somebody who does appreciate me. For me, practicing this can be difficult but I seem to get along better if I keep this in mind. I hope this is helpful.
