What do you think having schizophrenia and getting rejected by men. I mean when I am dating I really want to tell everything about me I don't want to hide anything . Beacause I really need someone who love my darkness who accept it completely .So I am telling I have schizophrenia too. Then they are ghosting me. Some people tell It's psychotic . So It's really breaking my heart. Some people view schizophrenia patients as so dengerous Idk why. Some people tell It's genetic. So what do you think about this. Need a good advice .The same thing happening to people who are struggling with other mental issues . I think they too will get rejected because of mental issues .

@whiteflower01

the right person will accept and love you as you are and not ghost you...it is great that you let them know that you have schizophrenia...people who understand it know that it is manageable and they can have a good relationship...those who do not know anything much about it could be ghosting you so do not worry...the right people will come

@whiteflower01 I'm sorry you are having trouble finding the right relationship. I hear that you want to be upfront, but maybe you could focus on finding someone you like and who likes you before bringing up your diagnosis. I don't think it is you that they have been rejecting, but a stereotype/stigma that is made stronger by many films. Unfortunately a lot of people will shy away from you in this way because there is a lot of misconception out there. I hope you find the right guy, but it takes time and effort even if you don't have a diagnosis.

Hmmmmm I've heard of this before,....

I'm so sorry that you had to go through so many declines,....

I think I would be sad too in your shoes,

But to me, you sound like you have good self-respect and belief in yourself, so that's good,... Continue loving yourself and being proud you are you,....

Maybe having schizophrenia is not a crutch or a bad thing,... It's just a different thing from others, that's all....

Once someone knows this to be true, they wouldn't be so scared of people like us, who have schizophrenia or mental illness,....

But for me, I've tried disclosing this in my job interviews and I was never met with disapproval... That said, I was seldom hired as well.... Hahaha

As for love relationships, I am liking this guy who also has mental illness, so we're in the same boat together, and it's not hard to love someone like that,....

I wish you all the best, in the future and in your love relationships,....

I hope life treats you better soon,.... Like how a song sings, hope we can change the things that bring you down,.... Because you are worth it,....

I don't know the title, but it's a famous song by Olivia Newton John!

Love and all the best,

Jenn

Do you earn? Is it hard to do so with an illness? Or can be managed humanely?

No, you keep getting rejected because you talk too much. I do it too. Doesn't help to delude ourselves: we are *** annoying to be around, and that's all there is to it. i drove many of my exes insane. My last was the love of my life, and she did the best she could to help me with it. She's an ex so it obviously didn't work lol yeah you just kind of have to accept that you have no agency on how you are perceived by others. I don't give a *** anymore. I am 6'4 290lbs, so add mental illness, and that pretty means I'm just an ogre. And my Fiona is long gone.

Stop talking, stop caring, stop reacting.

I'll tell that to anyone in any mental health dilemma
