🥺
You don't deserve this.
I'm so sorry you are made to feel, like you are less, because you are not!

I feel you. Even I feel stigmatised every now and then. People just don’t understand. However advanced and inclusive the society gets there’s always a stigma associated with metal health.
The only way around it is through!
I know it might sound weird, but you got to go through the stigma, the judgement and the discrimination.
You can control only what you can do and choosing to ignore people’s stigmatisation of you is the only way through and out.
While the society actually changes to be inclusive, we need to jump ahead of the curve and get more out there. The more we show up and identify ourselves, the more people could relate to what actually we are and how we are quietly doing our jobs without throwing a fit.
Me. None of my cousins talk to me or care about me. They always think I'm dramatic.
Most of the family too. Indians what do you expect.

@psalmmeI’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. Stigma can be very painful. Remember, you deserve kindness and understanding. It’s okay to reach out for support from people who care. You’re not alone in this.
