Struggling to find support online
I have very disorganized thoughts and signs of psychosis. The psych ward I ended up at was abysmal, I was told there I have bipolar but the person who diagnosed me and the hospital itself I just don't trust so take that with a grain of salt. I've tried to find groups for people with my issues but the groups always end up being a bunch of kids sharing memes and making fun of mental illness in general. Even finding groups meant for 21+ it's childish behavior or people allowing younger people in. I feel like a animal in a zoo

It sounds like you are having a difficult time right now.. I'm confident you are going to find a good support group in time as i don't think their all bad.. I hope using 7cups can benefit you until you find the right tools to find recovery..🌟
@justcallmeektorp You are in a safe space here. It takes time and effort to reach healthier states of mind. If you are on medication, make sure to not miss any dose. Find a way to write what you do everyday. It will help you to write what you are actually doing. Seek simple things. Do not overwhelm yourself. Eventually when you feel and think better, you can take on bigger tasks. It's a process. Do simple things. If you work, work gently. Walk outside. Practice breathing. Eat healthy food. Do your best. It's not easy for anyone. But you can do it. The habits do build up over time.
