Wife closed off from me

Hi I have a diagnosis of bipolar, I'm 42 male and I've been with my wife for 3 years. Married for 2. We used to have an amazing loving relationship but due to the strain I put on our relationship with not managing my condition she tells me she is now shut off from me. Won't sleep with me won't give me as much affection etc etc this is due to months of my overthinking insecurities and constant need for reassurance. And to top it off when I struggle with mania she is at the brunt of it. So I can't blame her for the way she feels. I'm really worried I'm going to lose her forever and I was wondering if there was anyone out who has been through a similar situation and have come out on top stronger than ever. I feel so unwanted and unloved at the moment it's making me lash out start arguments and push her even further away. Please help me.
