Hello,

Today, I would like to talk about relation with parents in these type of desorder.

First, I want to say that for that desorders, it is not always simple to have good relations with parents. But that is not a reason to think you need to abandoning these relations completely. I talk for adults persons who have got these desorder.

It is important to not being submit to parents, but that doesn't mean you need to do the opposite, i mean dominating your parents. You need to understand that if you have got a diagnosis of one of these desorders, it is not obligatory that you will have a bad life forever. I admit that it can be difficult at the begining, but things go better with time, in the case you take your medecines. You need to understand that your think, when you have got these desorder, is not completely clear, most of all, at the begening of the diagnosis.

But one thing to keep in mind, is that you need to think the same as a normal person, i mean, to look for in life for independancy.

Independence is key and talking about how you feel, advocating for yourself allows loved ones to learn and know what you need 💜🥰

Indeed, this is a long path. Maybe longer for people who were diagnosis schizo/bipolar/psychosis. I lke the end of the sentence: "Allows knowing what you need". loving someone for his willness to learn... is better than loving him because he looks like BP (*rad *itt) (I do look like him :))
