5 Signs of Early Psychosis Parents Should Watch For
Psychosis is easily the most misunderstood and feared of all mental illness symptoms, second only to self-harm. I hope to use this space to explore this topic in greater depth.
Do you have/know children with Bipolar Disorder? What has your experience with psychosis been like? ({Please, be kind and cordial with your word-choice})

@blitheSun94; Not sure kids can be diagnosed with bi-polar...

@sensibleSkies875
I had a first episode of psychosis when I was 19 years old. I had just finished my first year of uni. I was detained in a psych ward for 6 weeks. I have had 4 psychotic episodes since. I am now 30 years old. It is really wreaking havoc on my personal and professional life.

It is very tough I understand. I hope talking about it helps as a lot of difficult things happen during psychosis that are painful to not only experience but has long lasting affects on a person. you dealt with a lot. take it one day at a time.
@ShadowTag
It does have a long lasting impact. I feel very socially isolated. It helps sharing on here and reading other people's stories. It makes me feel more connected.
