My sister does not take her meds and believes she is totally normal

My sister has psychosis but she thinks shes completely normal. We have tried everything but she refuses to take meds. She has rly rly bad psychotic eps multiple times per day and its ruining my life and my family. All of our mental health is deteriorating. We are all miserable. Can someone please tell me what i can do to save my family.
Is it ethically wrong to forcefully admit her to the psych ward? Because we have tried every other option and nothing is working.

Unfortunately we cannot make people we love do the right thing.... take meds/ quit an addiction etc
in what you described i would agree that having her committed to save you all is totally acceptable. Sometimes people need to reach their rock bottom.......... even if they reach it after a gentle shove by others.
My mom wont let us though. She says if we send her to the psych ward she will become even more crazy
