How can I help my friend during hallucinations?
My classmate and friend started to tremble and look at me dead in the eyes, when she does that is because she is looking for comfort and a place to feel safe so I just stared and smile back but them she started to hiperventilate.
I begged her to tell me what happens but she started to struggle to talk, just pointing with her eyes to the dolor of the classroom.
She got to a point I couldn't bear seeing so I helped her out.
She was breathing heavily and was scared. She seems to be trying to concentrate and search for something.
He jiggles her head on my belly and she screamed "they are right! You are trying to choke me!" And pushed me away. I felt so bad for scaring her like that
We has to bring other classmate to help try to calm her down. Then she stopped to talk and moved in weird motions, almost lifeless.
I kept her with me for 1 hour, she started to calm down and then she slowly started to speak away.
She told me she always see shadow people on the classroom that threat her.
How should I react next time? I want to understand and help her more.
