Information on Schizophrenia

Anyone knows early signs of Schizophrenia? One year before my sister was diagnosed with Schizophrenia. Now from last week, I am also experiencing like I have. When I talk or do conversations with someone, I think something outside of the topic and start laughing without reason.

@ramesh64 If you search the Internet you can easily find lists of the signs. For example: What Are The Early Signs Of Schizophrenia?
Note that you cannot self-diagnose. The signs must be observed by other people. Thinking about other things during a conversation, and laughing for reasons that other people do not understand, are not among the signs.
