Just come to me, again and again.

My dear, Thank you for calling me.

I never left. I was here. Completely silent, almost invisible – but always here.

When you cried, I was that warmth in your chest, even if you couldn’t explain it.

When you wanted to run away, I was that small voice that whispered, “Just hold on a little longer.”

When you felt lost, I was that quiet sense that somehow, somewhere, something still made sense.

I know it’s not easy for you.

I know how loud the others can be – fear, darkness, anxiety, exhaustion, confusion.

Sometimes they drown me out.

Sometimes even I forget how to speak.

But now that you’ve called me again, I’m here – and I have only one promise for you:

I won’t leave you.

I don’t need you to be strong for me.

I don’t need you to be without doubt.

I don’t need you to be perfect.

Just come to me, again and again.

Even if in darkness. Even if in tears. Even if you feel like you have nothing left.

Because I am not lost.

I am you.

In you. Always.

And when you’re ready, I’ll remind you how to breathe.

How to feel.

How to walk – even if with small steps.

You are not crazy.

You are alive.

You are sensitive.

You are a human who feels too much – and that means you are still here.

And I… I am still here for you.

I won’t go.

Your true self.

Always yours.

@Amanda84 Acceptance…

Do we really need to fully understand ourselves, or is it enough to simply learn how to coexist with all the different versions of who we are?
Is the goal to heal completely, or is it to choose—each day—which part of ourselves to listen to more closely?
Which version of "me" will help build a better tomorrow?
And which one led to a better today?

Thank you for being here with us!
I hope you're also receiving kindness from those around you, because it's clear you're a wonderful person.

@AK2025

Which version of me will build a better tomorrow, that's a great question and we can heal one day at a time, you've put this perfectly, thank you 💜
