I am deeply saddened that schizophrenia has had such an effect on your life. It is a very mis-understood condition....even nowadays. Growing up my best friend's mum had schizophrenia and she was one of the bravest people i have known. I saw her going through painful episodes, re-admitted to hospital and finally return home.
I do not know whereabouts in the world you live, but you clearly need more support than you are currently getting. Where i live, we have psychiatric nurses who do home visits and their main aim is to keep people living safely and as well as they can at home. I wonder how much involvement you have with mental health services ? I just sense a person desperate for help. Again, it is none of my business and i apologise if i'm asking too many questions. But perhaps it might be worth considering getting your medication reviewed. Maybe to try some different meds in order to help the schizophrenia and the underlying depression.
I sincerely hope that things can improve for you. And i hope that you find 7 cups a safe and supportive environment. I wish you well xx
