I am Hopeful and I am an Workaholic
I love work.
I live to work.
I work to live.
I breathe case files.
I am GOOD at what I do.
It's stressful.
There's deadlines. There's tasks. Things that need to get done, so people stay safe.
My job is SO important.
I don't have time for anything or anyone.
I'm okay with that.
I mean I watched an episode or two today and I went to a relax event. So I do have SOME time. But I am okay dedicating most time to work.
If they're offering Overtime, I am taking it while the time is there.
I NEED THE MONEY and I love my job
people are worried I'll burnout.

it is addictive and fun to work especially if we are good at something and get a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction. We will always need money...... when we have some we find ways of thinking we need more and more or raise our idea of lifestyle etc.
The one commodity we spend and do not have any idea of how much we have is TIME....
Some day when you feel comfortable with $$ or accomplishment and want to cut back and decide we want to do other things .... maybe no one is around to do things with... maybe opportunities we passed up for work do NOT come back around.
Just something to think of.
Work will always love a person so addicted to work but if you disappeared tomorrow they will replace you.

Many people do.
I am not sure if always been that way that so many people are guarded and do not feel close instead feels like we have a bunch of acquaintances not real friends. I wonder if that is why others seem to fill every moment with work or side gigs etc to not notice that they are not connected to others on a deeper level.

@Hopeful0001 It is good that you like your job and that you are good at what you do. I completely hear you. I enjoy working a lot, and I've been there. You can get an adrenaline rush from working and succeeding sometimes. Try not to forget the people in your life. Life is short! I'm sure your friends miss you too.
