Burning out and felling stressed

Hi so I work fast food minimum wage been here for a good almost 4 years and as of lately I've been asked to do lobby (cleaning bathroom restock drink station sweep mop ECT) and as of lately the new district manager says there can't be a perfect 3rd shift that they must always find something wrong so morning shift nit picks and finds something wrong mostly with lobby which I admit I can miss some things. Now I'm feeling burnt out because one of the newer managers always points it out to me when they note it and makes it seem like I'm slacking off and that's why I feel annoyed and close to burning out because I put all my energy into something just to be called a slacker how should I go about this because I'm starting to think I'm just going crazy

You're probably under a lot of stress because of your manager, but this situation shouldn't be entirely your fault. We all make mistakes. Even if you do everything perfectly, your boss might find fault, and it'll probably reflect on their character and mood. But in any case, they're wrong, and you have the right to be yourself. If this continues, you can't tolerate it and can leave, or at least try to clarify some things with them. In any case, this person isn't worth wasting your energy on. Hang in there and be strong!

Honesty I would have left a while ago if anywhere else near me was hiring

It is not you but a flawed philosophy of management...  a few companies do this. try to not take it personally because it is a failed system they will see sooner or later.   it does not motivate but alienates.

I had a retail job that required a white shirt... when manager had nothing to nit pik so suggested I use more bleach for a whiter white... seriously.

I was mad but from that moment on I saw it for what it was and never paid attention to it.  just smile and do what you can and let petty criticism go.  we all make little mistakes and perhaps could have done it better.  Their nit picking does not fix that.
