Finding the right fit is hard. This is true of many people.
We cannot honestly judge a job off a description sometimes or from observing from the outside. Feeling like you are an outsider or not fitting in is normal IMO I often had that in jobs until... I decided not to care or try to be anything but myself. I had tried to act like the others, but most people can see an act. when I was comfortable and just was me, things went better.
You may also find some work for a while then as we change and grow so does our interest in jobs and satisfaction with it.

Hey, I saw what you wrote. I get why you’re tired of bouncing between hotel jobs and other work that doesn’t really feel like it’s going anywhere.
I actually started a small group recently and we have one spot open right now. It’s more of a long-term work collaboration, not just some one-time thing.
You don’t need to be technical either. I handle most of that side and can help with interview prep and anything else you’d need along the way.
Not sure if you’re still looking for something better while you figure out your career, but if you are, would you be interested in hearing what we’re doing? If so I can just explain it and you can see what you think.
That would actually be perfect
