I been working at Amazon warehouse for a year now and I just can’t fit in. I’m not fast enough on my job and I could obviously tell because the floor I’m assigned there’s always a manager coming up to me and help speed up. I also found out I being toss like hot potato on which floor should I work on because i am apparently slow and will distract their pace/ work flow. I recently change to flex schedule meaning I choose whenever I want to work but I take that as an huge advantage by only working two days every week and that cause my paycheck to be extremely low. It not I don’t want to work it’s just the environment like the people around me that make me don’t want to be there. I try my best but they don’t care. So I been thinking of quitting and looking for a better job but I don’t know where since I lack communication and being around crowded place. I also want to go back to school (college) but I don’t know what I want to major. It’s complicated I can tell you I want to help out other and assist and whenever I think that I see myself in childcare or women clinic but I don’t even know where to start. I’m turning 25 in two days and my life is just been a mess . Time is flying by to fast and I feel stuck in the past .

It is hard to fit into an environment where speed is so pushed. You may find your way if you can find your groove. being worried about it IMO slows us down instead of helping us fit in.
Trying new things that may work better for you may be a good idea. I have worked at various things and what jobs look like from outside or just job descriptions often do not match or tell the whole story. If unsure perhaps you can find work or volunteer experience in jobs you may like.
Going to college without a clear plan is often a recipe for big $$ for college as if you change your mind part way thru a program and change it tends to extend you time to graduate and more tuition.
I also have known many who went to school based on what they thought career would be like not what it really was like for some it was a waste as they hated the job/ career when they got out of school and worked it. Then they ended up back where they were before school.
