Should i leave?
I'm sick and tired of my job, especially my team and bosses. 1 of them started picking on me recently. Kept scrutinising every detail and accusing me of things.
My team mates are equally toxic. Lost a very close family member and a pet recently and I'm dealing with grief but I still work, I just don't smile.
1 of my teammates told another teammate I should stop trying to seek sympathy from people because of my grief. Erm? I don't cry in office and I don't tell you about my grief, so what sympathy am I seeking.
Sigh

Leaving a job is a personal choice. I think some of us hold on too long for many reasons. Only you know what your boundaries are.
If you have somewhere else to go it is easier if not perhaps start looking it often gives you confidence when you start looking all comes clearer. sometimes we find a new thing and are good to go or we see maybe there is not something at the moment to replace your job even if it not great.

The environment sounds very toxic, so I can understand why you are asking us if you could leave. If the world was perfect, I would say yes leave. But the world is not like that. Before you leave a job, it is important to have another lined up if you can or have a nice little nest of money saved to get you by while job searching. Is there anyone in your job who you can talk to about the toxicity?
