Small Community Big Problems

I have several skills but I do lack in experience in a few professional areas. The area I’m living in is so small I would have to drive at least an hour away. I was a nervous wreck in my interviews around where I live now I feel so stuck. I feel so horrible and a failure I feel lazy and I tried but I was so nervous. Why did I get so nervous? I cared so much about doing a good job I messed up. Now I feel stuck in my life. Will I have to move away? I don’t know what I’m asking right now. I’m still trying.
