How?
Step 1: Create your original design whether it's JPG, PNG or GIF image that is advocating mental health support and or awareness
Step 2 : Post it here + add words that express your permission for the graphic to be featured on 7Cups Social Media with imgur link.

I myself participated in similar online events, and it was interesting to watch how participants rethink difficult topics through visual language. To create layouts and illustrations, I used adobe Illustrator cracked download because I wanted to have access to the full set of tools without restrictions. This allowed me to focus on the content and emotions in my work.
