I'm happy to announce that I'll be hosting weekly Help Desk sessions. Subscribing to this post will allow you to be notified weekly when the schedule is updated. Next session info below:

I'm not sure, that's a question you would need to ask the moderator who muted you. I didn't see you chatting at all in Student Support. And in order to mute someone, we would need to click on their message and warn 3 times, unless exception applies.
