I do have a question about tai food, Do you also use duck meat in recipes, Or is it more special or in some regions

Aw, I don't know the name of this, but my mum cooks it a lot, and it is great! (We're from England), it's got fresh rice with coconut milk, with lime and coriander, the meat is drenched in well cooked and evenly balanced out flavourful soup (Or sauce, I don't know the name for it), as delicious as Thai food is, it's so spicy!!! My savory english tongue can't handle it 😂
