I think everyone deserves to be treated with kindness because if someone needs any help with anything, true kindness lies in the act of giving without expecting something in return because everyone is worthy in its own means. Being kind can help someone out or make their day.
we all deserve kindness, whether its been a bad day or a great day, being kind doesn't cost a penny. who knows your kind action could make another's day !!

I deserve kindness because when my body and mind is healthy and i am at peace, i will be able to offer help and kindness to others smoothly without any kind of resistance/friction. Thats what i want for myself. to be the best version of myself.
