My favourite that always comes back to me is from Bambi...if you can't say something nice, then don't say nothin' at all.

I have found myself using it as a teacher, as a friend, and also to myself just reminding myself that there is no point saying some things if they aren't constructive, and it helps me reconsider my point and often makes me come up with something more useful in a situation.
