Grief Train to Procrastination Station
All aboard the grief express!
Grief hits in different ways; some get tattoos of who they lost, some quit their jobs, and others stuff 19 gummies in their mouth at once (Not me doing that nope not ever absolutely no, nay, nyet, I have better things to do on the weekend surely.).
Okay I did stuff 19 gummies in my mouth.
But they were artisanal and made from fruit juice so I'm probably not diabetic from it mkay?
Could be worse Sharon.
Anyway my way to deal seems to be boarding the train to procrastination station and then (Perhaps ironically.) never getting off because I'm a) plotting a way to pilfer the food cart b) sleeping c) having too much fun chatting to new people d) mysterious option d
What have been some of ways you're expressing your multiple grief and loss?
By the way, the answer to the multiple choice question was 'all of the above'

@Dallady
This is an interesting one, I’ve never thought about stuffing 19 gummies into my mouth. Well done on that hah! For me it’s playing with my cat. I love her to bits and she helps me get through difficult times.
@Bunny1637
Omg fun! During covid I was rehabilitating and rehoming two generations of a stray/feral cat family at my cute little cabin. Is there anything more amazing then nature? Love a good cat so much
@Dallady
i have a kitty that lives with me and we also feed a feral one. He’s too scared of being pet but i booped his nosed a few times!
@Dallady. I’ve gone to some grief support groups where I cried and talked about it.
@adventurousBranch3786
You have? Wow you're an adventurous branch indeed! I've considered it and even made the calls and got all the information to go but I keep getting stuck as isolation station haha...I have a good book of grief I'm working through that seems to be helping a bit
@Dallady. I hope it helps. I read some grief books also that were helpful.
@Dallady 19 gummie bears so proud 😁 every morning as long as I'm not ill. I go out into the care home gatden, and sit under the willow tree where my carers out a cross in memory of my son. I spend a lot of time talking to him. That helps me a lot. A quiet place I can go and talk with him. His name is Joshua ❤ he will be 12 years old in July
@Tinywhisper11
I've been thinking of trying that - talking to my loved ones who passed. And also maybe having some kind of 'area' dedicated to them...I just have quite a small living space and budget, and might be a nomad at heart, so need to percolate how I could go about it 🤔 💭
I'm cusp of revolution (Scorpio Sagittarius) so it's a take a while for things to land because one side of me screams party and the other screams isolate: Probably why I seem to attract libra suns those balanced little beautiful drama nuggets
Or more accurately I probably need to keep working on my own balance so I can start attracting more from a full cup and none of this lack b to the s; GOTTA OPTIMIZE AMIRITE?
Anyway, thanks so much for sharing that gummie queen - it meant a lot; 💜 hope you have a wonderful weekend
