I was feeling a little depressed today so i downloaded this app, i am already in love with it, i love the listener/member dynamic, being able to talk to people about my problems and knowing that them helping me helps them is amazing, i hope whoever is reading this finds their inner peace and you’ll work through whatever struggles your going through.

There is so much available to all our users. As a teen member, you can connect with teen or adult-teen listeners 1-1, talk to teen/adult-teen listeners and teen members in group support or utilise the forum (like you have done here) to talk to listeners and members of all ages.

This app has helped me in the past too. It makes one feel a little bit less lonely in this world to have people that understands the same struggle than you are experiencing. If you ever need to talk, I am here.
