A wonderful, baked pumpkin dish full of buttery, honey-sweetened rice, dried fruit, diced apples and chopped nuts. Is Ghapama a side dish, a dessert, or a meal in itself? You get to decide! Or, if you're like me, you'll serve it with dinner, eat more for dessert and have a second helping for breakfast (if there's any left).
