Wagashi- Wagashi is a soft, mild West African fresh cheese made from cow’s milk, commonly produced in Benin and Ghana, often by the Fulani people. It has a spongy texture similar to tofu, is frequently seasoned, and is popular deep-fried or grilled, yielding a crunchy exterior and soft interior used in stews or as a snack.

@jesusredeemedme2425 I have to admit I've never eaten tofu but it does look like it from what I've seen

What???? Lol

Ok, next time you make chili, use tofu instead of meat. It takes on the flavor of whatever it’s in, so it will taste like chili, but softer than meat, and healthier <3 It doesn’t taste weird. Lol

@jesusredeemedme2425 What about texture?

My mom (and the internet!) say spongy. But that’s not really it. It’s softer than that, but not like squishy? It’s more pleasant <3
