@trueconfidant123There are many things you can buy from Vietnam, but I’ll only suggest a few items that are easy to bring from Vietnam to the United States: tea, honey, and coffee. Tea and coffee in Vietnam are very delicious and affordable (especially if you can ask a local Vietnamese person to help you buy them).
If you enjoy sweets or pastries, you can try Tân Huê Viên Pia cake. Having it together with tea is wonderful.

@An0803I have been to Vietnam! I spent most of my time in and around Hanoi. I absolutely LOVE Vietnam. I love the people, I love the food, I love the weather. In our hostel we had free breakfast, and a free beer and snacks in the afternoon. Our breakfast was egg, rice and soy sauce. It was so simple but such a nice breakfast for free. I ate pho for the first time at a little stall where there was a woman making it. I sat on this little plastic chair and ate this absolutely amazing meal. I went to a spa and got a facial, that was fabulous. I saw a lot of really cool things like the mausoleum, I met all kinds of people that wanted to talk because they knew English. It was just a cool country to visit. 10/10 would recommend and I would definitely go back. It's beautiful, inexpensive, the people and food are spectacular, and it's a beautiful country to get to know. I just wish I spoke the language!!
