What languages do you speak/ can you speak?

I speak Dutch and English (duh :p). I can make German people understand me when I speak in German (though I'm very grateful when they can switch to English). And I can speak some basic Russian, but I'm still learning.

I'm learning Spanish, I can understand some medium level French, and some Japanese

I speak German, Russian and English but I would love to be able to speak Chinese

I can speak English and Urdu. I'm learning German

I speak English, Urdu and Gujarati. I can speak a little bit of Arabic. I understand Arabic and can also speak some basics of Burmese

Chinese & English.

I'm a polyglot! I've grown up surrounded by languages. Here are mine, in order of most confident to least confident.

Icelandic, (My mothertongue!)

English, (All Icelandics learn English, and my English became strong when I moved to NZ)

Italian, (My father is Italian!)

German, (Swiss dialect - A branch of my family is from German speaking Switzerland.)

Swahili, (This is my fun language I take courses on!)

Xhosa, (I took this language at a course for a while, loved it, branched out and took online courses and practice it with Xhosa speaking friends.)

NZSL, (This is a weak language as I have no one to practice it with! Again, just from courses, school, online, textbooks, etc.)

French (My French is awful! I can hold a simple conversation, but nothing intelligent. :P)

English & Korean. I'm teaching myself Spanish, but it's slow going.
