I'm from the East Coast of the US! I took French and tried to learn Italian for a bit, but to be honest, I can't say that I can speak either of them. Just English. I hope to be at least somewhat bilingual in the future though laugh

USA, I speak English. I have lived in California where I grew up, and in Washington state. I also lived in Finland for a one year as an exchange student, I learned some of the language. But I don't speak it anymore. I studied French in school, I really enjoy enjoyed learning it in college. It was the best class. I tried studying Russian in Finland, and Italian and German in college. I love all of the languages that I have experienced. It's just really hard to learn anything fluently. It takes a certain level of commitment. I have been studying Russian and Spanish on an online app that is free. I cannot remember stuff after the lesson, so I'm not sure why but I think it has something to do with no opportunity to practice the language.

@HarveyM

I'm from the U.S. and I speak English and Telugu. Though it's considered a dead language, I'm learning Sanskrit as well because it's considered the root of all other Indian languages, and I find this fascinating.
