@Amanda84 I can only imagine how gorgeous it was! My sister crocheted me a king size blanket all by hand and it was a real labor of love. It was just beautiful in every way. I believe crocheters have such a remarkable gift from God. ❤️

I have to say the colors were amazing and it means more and to then stitch the childs name into it, more personal 🥰

I crochet when I get a sudden idea of inspiration. Sometimes I finish things, most of the time they are unfinished.
I am proud I finished a checkered sweater. I have no idea why I decided to do checkered, had to switch colours every 5 stitches 🫠.
I mostly like to create little stuffed toys. I designed my own little character and made a few happy flowers.
I’ve always been intimidated by doilies, so many small stitches, is it quite finicky?

Doilies definitely take a lot of time and patience 😅 but I love it because I get bored of doing the same stitch over and over and doilies always have different stitches! They’re also quite complicated to make patterns for, so I follow tutorials haha

I love making granny squares because they're relatively easy to follow, and it's just simple repetition after a certain point. They're definitely great for when you wanna turn off your brain, so to speak.
I made a water bottle holder with them!
I've also made a sweater, but that was a whoole entire project, taking about 50 or so hours 😅
Really enjoy the craft though!

Yayyyyyyy!! I LOVE granny squares too, they’re one of my favorite things to make! And I’ve tried to make a sweater but failed because I put it off for like literal years 😂 I have too many unfinished projects in general haha
