Wall Art
I finally figured out how to post photos, so thought I'd share my current art "work in progress".
I suspect it was inspired by this post, so thanks for that:

My partner had recently finished plastering a bit of outside wall, when our dog misjudged catching the ball and guess where it went? Yup, splodge! right into the plaster. Buy no matter, a second coat was needed anyway.
So, the next day, all was made smooth again. Until a cat decided to jump up on the wall and put his foot against it to push up, not realising it was soft and... Splodge!

Now what?
Enthusiasm to rinse and repeat was low. So, for a couple of days we ignored it.
Then, one day I realised it looked a bit like a wing, and, after a bit of googling, I copied an image of a tattoo, to come up with this:

And thus an idea to change the fault into a feature, was born.
It's not great weather for painting outside right now, but I'll try and update when I can.
Starting to add some colour.

The original idea was to do all fire-y colours. But I'm now thinking of green for the head and body.
Any ideas for how to make his expression more cheerful? He looks a bit down to me.
