@EmmaE Hey Emma, I am just trying to do better. I am really stressed because of exam, I really wish I dont have an anxiety attack😟. I have to go a extra day to school tomorrow, to submit some works, oof my sleep of the morning go burr 😐 Hope I get the number, I really want good marks and if my teacher does some stupid stuff, I am gonna yeet them out of existence 😛😀 Lol I really need good marks.

1. I feel tired and overwhelmed.
2. Today I'll practice my writing, my patience, and my Spanish
3. I remembered stuff from when my friends and I were recording random stuff on a cassette tape as kids. Some of that stuff still cracks me up. We were funny even back then.

As far as I am concerned , not feeling well at all . I am planning to change my psychiatrist since there has been no improvement in me . I hope the move works . Really scared .

@EmmmE hi Emma, my day is not good and it is only 8 am here I'm tired because I was up all night I just can't fall asleep because it is keeping me wide awake at night. I had no motivation to get out of bed until my dad dragged me out of bed and told me to stop being lazy. so I wish my day could be better I can tell now it is not going to get better. so I have to go to school if I like it or not. and I am 14

My day was...pretty ok? I just feel numb. But pretty focused.

I can practice the language learning, regular reading and being more focused.

I was thinking about how amazing it would be to serve in the Norwegian army under a penguin commander (it's no joke, Norwegians really have a penguin in their army and they promoted it to the rank of very important commander!)

I haven't had a good day today, but I'm hoping tomorrow will be better. My roommate was rude as usual and then my therapist canceled our appointment. I'm still enjoying spring break, though, not having to do homework.

I've been reaching out to others online and trying to give them support too. I've been drinking more water and want to practice mindfulness but that's still to be determined if I will..
