Depression Support Check-In: February 11th-12th, 2021

Hi everyone! It's such a pleasure to meet all of you once again. I hope you are doing great or better than you expected. Lately, my days haven't been pleasant for me. Thankfully, joining sessions in here and talking to my friends have brought me joy and laughter. I want you to know that I care so much about each of you. I also want to tell you that you're a unique and beautiful individual just the way you are.

I don't want to delay your check-in questions so here it is:
