I know it's stress when I bad habit returns. Hair pulling. Since I'm right-handed, easier to pull on the right side (so, it's getting noticeably thinner on my right side compared to the left). This was my number reason why I don't like having long hair. Yet, my parents want me to have long hair as they say it's more "feminine". I liked it short, but with COVID, I haven't gone to a salon as frequent as I used to, in order to maintain a short haircut style. So, I've been keeping it longer than usual.
My research paper.. Still gathering information, and I feel I still do not have enough to write 1000-1200 word long. It will be due by midnight of June 17th, with the final exam on June 22nd (which I haven't spent much time studying the text much, I try to.. but this paper is taking up so much of my time). I know I'll eventually finish it, might be cramming the last few days upon submitting it. Just like how I finished writing the Short Essay in like 3 days before it was due. But this one's like 5-6 pages longer than the Short Essay. Uh oh~
Go with the length of hair that is right for you mentally. It is such a small issue in terms of looks that your parents can learn to live with you having shorter hair. You may not be able to explain to them the full reason why but you can say that it makes you feel better about yourself and more in control. It is worth it not to be using your hair to self harm.
As far as the paper goes, remember that they build slowly. You are doing a good job if you are continuing to work on it. Have you found enough information about Asian tigers? Are you comparing two or three countries? Don't think about the overall length, just keep writing. Focus on the final after you finish the paper. You can do this. @Jaeteuk
I honestly like my hair being short, but at the same time, it's hard finding a good hairdresser to cut a style that blends with my facial features. I think that is why my parents like it more with the long hair, as it makes my square face less obvious.
I have to talk about all 4 countries: Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Singapore. I'm now trying to find information on it individually by country. But there aren't that many sources that allow a full access to the article, many only show the abstract. That is the current problem at hand~

That is often an issue with journal articles. Sometimes there is a librarian who can help you find a way around the issue. @Jaeteuk
I think I finally have enough info to start writing. I'll start it tomorrow. Enough of note-taking the past week! I found a few more articles that have Open Access available~

I'm stuck at home while my friends go to a birthday party I'm not allowed to go to. And this whole 2 weeks I've felt like all the days are running together and I want to do everything but if I can't do everything and be super productive I might as well decompose. Reoccuring thought of the 10 months and 1 week I have until I can do whatever I want. I'm a summer sweat mood. It's supposed to be happy and sunny but it's sticky and you want to go back to your room with air conditioning.

1. Declining, I feel like I'm falling deeper and deeper into depression. Every safety net I worked so hard to put in place has failed me. 2. Im tired, I just need a break from everything, I want to be alone,in a quiet space, I want to cease to exist just for a little just until I feel better or get better, I want to sleep and just not wake up or have to wake up 3.. Winter, its cold, and still, I've always been withdrawn and quiet,not to forget extremely unrelatable too

Im going to start taking up art classes, and reading. Im not very social so going out is something that will not be happening
