1. Since this summer vacations Ive been very bad. I felt bad there with my family, and at home Ive felt bad with the few friendo I have. Ive been very intense, and negative, and its difficult for them to be with me o simply talk. Also Im stuck in my past, with the people most of all.
2. Pf, I dont know, I am searching for it, or maybe some reason to keep walking to the future. I would like to know what it is exactly xD.
3. I would like to hear that Someone loves me, isnt going to leave me alone no matter what, that they understand that I have ups and downs, and they wouldnt get angry with me when I puntually am difficult, or I pass the limits a bit one afternoon. That they forgive me when I do that, because they understand that I dont wanna hurt them and I dont do that on purpose.
It sounds like you are blaming yourself a great deal. Keep reminding yourself that you are trying. I think the best way to get over thinking about the past is to start small. Spend as much time as you can in mini moments in the present. Don't try to imagine the future either. What can you do to be in the now? @Kharliah
My mind says I dont try enough, I could be doing more, having more courage to start things. But I feel I cant, I feel its so difficult to remain positive and getting out of bed... I also feel I dont have a reason to put myself through all this difficult times, theres nothing I dream to do, or to go, Iam here, that all, and I didnt decide to be born in this world. The past well, Im gonna try telling sorry to people I feel I have to, from my teens mostly. And see where it goes.
Now I try to paint mandalas, seeing youtube things funny or relaxed, playing animal crossing, I lo ve it. And I try to eat very "thoughtfully"(?), like tasting slow and enjoying the food I like.

It is that middle paragraph that is most important - things that you are actually doing. I found that when I focused myself there rather than trying to "solve" everything that was going wrong with my brain that I could finally bring myself some peace. The stuff I was trying to solve started healing itself. @Kharliah
1. I have been doing better than last week. Although there were a few last minute tasks that I had to do, I handled them well.
2. Hope is just something that helps me look forward to tommorow. Like praying gives me hope that my prayers will come true.
3. That I'm doing well and I have been improving. That I'm perfect the way I am despite my scars and clumsiness

1) How have you been doing recently?
Not great. The week has already been quite stressful and draining. My mom just told me that she finally smoked cigarettes again and feels really bad about it. I had to be very positive and say that it was okay and that we'd start fresh.
I'm really just disappointed and I'm struggling with that feeling. It isn't fair to be disappointed in her for that, she'd gone almost 45 days.
2) What does hope mean to you?
Waking up and making the choice to get out of bed. Not every day has to suck.
3) What is something that you would love for someone to say to you?
I don't know. I'm just sad or scared most of the time because things have become so uncertain.
It sounds a bit like you are your mom's daughter. What I mean is that you feel so guilty when you fall or have feelings that you feel you shouldn't have just like she feels guilty for smoking again.
You are allowed to be a bit disappointed that she fell off the horse. But both of you can just get back on it again. Maybe it will only be for another 45 days. But each day that she doesn't smoke is a triumph. You are both doing the best that you can and it matters.@integrityblues

I've been doing well lately. I graduated from university. I'm just looking for jobs lately.

Hope is a glimmer of sunshine at the end of the tunnel. I've completed one tunnel. I think have another tunnel ahead of me.
3) What is something that you would love for someone to say to you?
I would love for someone to not necessarily say things but to give me hugs. I miss hugs haha.

How have I been - awful! 2 pit bulls in my neighborhood killed my young cat. I'm devastated and heartbroken.
What does hope mean to me - I don't know, perhaps this too shall pass.

1- how have you been doing recently?
not good, i thought i had been feeling better and then everything smashed into a million pieces again, i am in school but i don’t feel like i’m going to get the grades i want, i feel like i might get kicked off my courses and then not be able to go to university. i know that even though i don’t study much, it’s my own fault. i just don’t have much hope for myself so i have it deep in my mind that what i do won’t matter anyways.
2- what does hope mean to you?
to me hope is something that leads you when you don’t feel like trying, even thought i have none right now, i would like to think that i will find some soon.
3- what is something that you would love for someone to say to you?
i would love for some to say or ask, if i need help, because i don’t like asking for help.
Sometimes when depression hits it becomes much harder to study. Blaming yourself can make the cycle even worse. See if you can do it for shorter intervals. Take lots of mini breaks and then return to your work. Remind yourself that what you are doing matters.@Tiger2635
I’m in an endless cycle of feeling alone even though I live with a SO. I feel worried everyday I can never relax and I feel like there’s so much for me to do to get better it is overwhelming. I’m behind in schoolwork, not working atm and I feel like an unwanted burden on my spouse. I just overshared way too many times to the few friends that I have about my SO and my frustrations. I feel like an idiot because I know it’s not about changing anything outside of my own self, it’s changing my reactions to it that will fix the problem. The answers are obvious it’s getting myself to change thats what’s keeping me sad. I am impulsive and immature and make excuses
None of us are perfect and we all feel really lonely at times. Grant yourself some grace. @bluecurtains3
