Does it seem like making your own bed feels like not a big deal? Exercising for 20-30 minutes a day also seems like not much? Cooking your favourite meal, watching a good movie, listening to some good music, being productive when it comes to studies or at work? Well all of that when taken individually seems like just one small victory. Include all of that at once or just a couple of it and it's a game changer. Totally different day. Depression hates changes and what can make it seem so powerful is that it likes for things to stay the same in our life. Let's break that fog step by step, having small victories, to remind our minds that we have much control in our hands. This is a thread made for you, to notice your progress and what you did new today to make yourself feel better. The bright side is, there are countless things out there that can help us deal with depression, we just need to find the right ones for us. I'll start by mentioning how playing darts everyday made me felt less anxious and. :)

@Ganimed

They do pile up fast! I've started having this mindset last year.

It is a huge game changer! I began doing short works out in the morning and then at night. Instead of it being an hour. I break it down to 30 minutes each. So, I feel great waking up and going to bed. 💜
