I need to forgive myself for being Human and not understanding emotions
@Barltik2065 I understand it can be difficult to forgive ourselves, especially when we feel like we should understand or handle things better. All humans experience a range of emotions that can be complex and confusing. There's no need to be hard on yourself. Perhaps it would help to reflect on the progress you've made in understanding yourself and be kind to yourself about what you're still learning.
@ASilentObserver
You are absolutely correct.
It is logical and 'Common Sense', but for me Common Sense is not common. I have learned much like what is "hot" means it will burn and what 'burn' means also.
Yes I was one of those people where when told "Don't touch that it will burn" and I touch it. Or "Don't touch that it will cut you" and I get cut.
I am mildly Narcist. So I know what I know. BUT I know what I don't know.
I know I struggle with learning things for others that is innate or simple. Such as "Forgiveness" or "Trust".
I need to forgive myself for pulling away, from my family and friends. The guilt of letting them down shouldn’t outweigh the knowledge that I need to focus on my mental health.
I forgive myself for bringing a child into this world when I am not yet able to cope with it myself.
I forgive myself for self harming when I cannot release my internal pain in healthier ways.
@ASilentObserver For hating myselfe so much..
I need to forgive myself for not knowing better in the past.
I need to forgive myself for being too chicken to do all of the things I wanted to do when I was young enough to do them.
@ASilentObserver I need to forgive myself for waiting for people to become good. I will let people be as they are and walk away if no fit.
