What do you hate about yourself?
Depression is bizarre in how in alters the way we think. We may know logically that it is our depression making us think this way but knowing that doesn't invalidate it. So write down what exactly you hate about yourself, let it all out. Once you do look back at what you wrote. Hopefully documenting your thought process will make it easier to work through your issues. Plus we will all be here to help.
my being hard on myself and others and not seeing human inadequacy and imperfection as part of every human which is to say nobody is perfect or/and at all the time, and which interestingly enables "growth" possible, which is a very good thing I guess.
thanks.
I hate that I am not brave enough to face my fears sometimes...
that I always let people back in my life after they've kept stapping me in the back multiple times
I hate that my desire for human interaction exists and is strong enough to outweigh the sense to know which people are bad for my well-being. I hate that I make the same social mistakes repeatedly that ruin any chances of not dying alone and miserable.
The way I am...
@cosmicjellyfishqueen
I hate how awkward I am in real-time social situations even though talking to people online comes very naturally to me.
I hate it took me years and now pain and tears then was needed to realize that not everyone says they love you and means it. On the other hand, I hate that I've allowed those people to scar me so badly I don't really know how to show love.
I hate that I have social anxiety, no friends, unemployed, and short.
I hate that I am such a mess mentally.
