What do you hate about yourself?
Depression is bizarre in how in alters the way we think. We may know logically that it is our depression making us think this way but knowing that doesn't invalidate it. So write down what exactly you hate about yourself, let it all out. Once you do look back at what you wrote. Hopefully documenting your thought process will make it easier to work through your issues. Plus we will all be here to help.
I hate that I love things from my daydreams more than other people. I hate how I romanticize things, and then tear it all down after finally loving it. I hate how I assume with every step I take, every word that comes from my lips, I hate I assume I'll regret it. I hate that now that I apparently have a type of depression, people care. They didn't a week ago. A week ago they were so skeptical about mental illness and I hate that I forced them to believe in it. I hate that it's so easy to hate, and I hate that I have to hate everything alone. (Lol I swear I'm not usually this dark, I'm just really happy that someone gave me the chance to hate freely)
My inability to be confident due to my appearance. The fact that I over think things and can't seem to get my brain to be quiet. My pessimism, always expecting the worst. My obsession with fiction over real life.
I hate everything about myself. I hat that I'm the cause of people leaving me in my life. I hate that I'm the reason I give my friends and family worry. I hate who I am. Just everything. I don't see anything good about myself and never have and I hate that.
I hate how I wasn't good enough to be treated with dignity and respect.
Make myself sick.
O hate im being so vulnerable to toxic people
I hate how kind I am. I always let people walk all over me even if they have destroyed me.
I so hate that I struggle with mental health issues
Overanalyzing
I hate that I am a sensitive and caring person and some people try to use that vulnerability against me instead of respecting me for who I am.
