What do you hate about yourself?
Depression is bizarre in how in alters the way we think. We may know logically that it is our depression making us think this way but knowing that doesn't invalidate it. So write down what exactly you hate about yourself, let it all out. Once you do look back at what you wrote. Hopefully documenting your thought process will make it easier to work through your issues. Plus we will all be here to help.
I hate that I'm never good enough. I can't stop feeling inferior to my colleagues and my loved ones and I can't seem to catch up with them no matter what I do
@Lrlkun
I feel that too. Everyone else I started the race with is so far ahead.
@cosmicjellyfishqueen
There are many things that I hate about myself. First of all I am over clingy and secondly I am have some anger problems. And ha one more thing I also really very sensitive due to which I have suffered a lot
Myself. Everything about myself. From my personality, to how I am as a mother and wife.
@Blueblueeyes
Hi, I just read your post. Don't hate yourself. I'm sure you're an amazing mother and a perfect wife. Two things some people can only dream of. Just remember you're amazing, and keep smiling (:
@Blueblueeyes Please don
I hate that I always think the absolute worst of myself, even though I know I'm better than that. Continually putting myself down. It's like a side of me deliberately sets myself up to fail and then just sits back and laughs when it happens. I hate myself. All of me.
I don't truly hate anything and anyone.
Its my duty to love everything about me& others
i hate evrything about my self how i can never be good enough for anyone. how i am to broken for anyone.. i hate that no one undrrstands me than i feel shamed at who i am becaise the reactions i get if i explain whats in my head .. which i dont do much because i ha e been shamed .. i hate mean evil people who i seem to attract in my life .. i hate being alone but hate being around people . i hate my anxiety.. i hate that i care to much about people and am sensativie.. i bate that i cany be like other mothers i hate that i end up in abusive realtiomships.. i hate me and i hate life .. its to hard to fake to ugly.. sorry anout the tangent .. 😔
@tttiiiaaannnaaa
I feel the same way about myself, and most people do not understand and choose to blame me for the way I feel instead. I understand the self hatred, I am extremely sensitive as well, and I have attracted very bad people into my life due to my perceived vulnerability.
I don't think any bad mother actually believes they are a bad mother. The good ones often think they are not doing a good enough job, as you seem to be.
@EastAfrique
Thank you so much .. your comment ment alot i apprieciate it.. it is also nice to finally have someone relate to how i feel.. 😊
Thank u
@tttiiiaaannnaaa
the worst part when you see the raction on others faces when you express and usually for me i find it so hard to tell what is in my heart and head, i feel frim there expressions that im very negative and annoying although they try to not show that, im very ashamed from my self too i feel im very not important to even exist i just want every thing to stop
@brightetrtile feel almost the same, I hate people always take advantage of me, that everything I do always turns for the bad, nothing is good in my life, I can't enjoy anything anymore, no TV, movies, books, walking, videogames, I feel empty and embarrassed all the time, judged, never good enough for anyone or anything, always afraid of what others think of me when I says what I think.
My headaches not knowing what to do.
My face, because I have rosacea. And is very unstable. My thights too because they are thick. And I hate that I feel everything too much. I hate that I'm too nervous in public and insecure. Mostly this.
@LifelessDead
I don't see anything wrong with thick thighs, many of us consider that a must in our 'ideal criteria'. I don't see anything wrong with a skin condition that you did not choose to have. I do not see any problem with your appearance, but I understand first-hand how it feels to not feel at home in your own body. I cannot imagine the feelings of nervousness in public situations, but I do experience the insecurity and inferiority.
I can't make goals and keep them whether it be relationships or whatever
