What do you hate about yourself?
Depression is bizarre in how in alters the way we think. We may know logically that it is our depression making us think this way but knowing that doesn't invalidate it. So write down what exactly you hate about yourself, let it all out. Once you do look back at what you wrote. Hopefully documenting your thought process will make it easier to work through your issues. Plus we will all be here to help.
the fact that i have so many expectations,that i like so much to think about how things will be going, just to feel prepared for anything. i am worring too much, i overthink a lot and all of this hurts me so much sometimes
That I try to be a good person, because it seems most people in my life don't like that. The result is I have ended up without anyone.
I hate that I constantly doubt my ideas and feelings, while at the same time never really budging from them, which is contradictory but it's just what happens to me.
I hate that I have ptsd, do not work, and tell that to people in conversation. I know I don't have to tell them. But I feel a need to be honest. I want people to know up front what they are getting in me.
@purpleTree4652 Everything

Everything
I hate that I can't let go of the resentment I feel. I hate that I'm so bad at coping with problems. I hate that I am broken beyond repair.
i hate every single thing about myself. i hate how i look, i hate my mentality, i hate that i'm worthless. i hate that i'm too broken to be fixed. i hate me.
I hate that I have a speech impairment, I hate that my hair is short because it all went away when I did chemo, I hate that my bones break easily, I hate that I can't see well, I hate that I'm young so people think I'm dumb, I hate that I ever went into to be in the military it ruined my life , I hate that im so tall, I hate that I made scars all over my body, I hate that I have seizures. I hate that my skin is so lightly colored and I get sunburnt so easily....
