What do you hate about yourself?
Depression is bizarre in how in alters the way we think. We may know logically that it is our depression making us think this way but knowing that doesn't invalidate it. So write down what exactly you hate about yourself, let it all out. Once you do look back at what you wrote. Hopefully documenting your thought process will make it easier to work through your issues. Plus we will all be here to help.
I hate have to remember all the trauma that I have ever experienced and that my life and circumstances aren't secure so I'm very insecure and anxious too.
@Lolowise475 here for u.
I hate that I have trouble forgiving easily, and hold on to negative emotions and grudges which away away at me. Sometimes the hardest person to forgive is me
I hate that I am too trusting and I get hurt very easily. I want to believe the good in people who take advantage of me. Then I get upset with myself for being so guilable
That when I get extremely frustrated, I become like the incredible hulk. More in a case of i yell, not violence or anything like that.
If I was ever stupid enough to do that in front of friends, or not privately, which thankfully I'm not, I'd be friendless in 2 seconds, and likely either be shot or thrown in an asylum.
Keep getting the feeling to binge eat.
Being easily emotionally and mentally influenced from what people say about me~
Oh, I could list it all out, but then you probably wouldn't want to read all of it.
I just hate how I'm not worth anyone's space and time, and I know I never am, and how I always know anyone who is kind to me will eventually realise what a mess i am
I hate my soul
I dont make much of an impact with my actions. I try to do something good and it ends up biting me in the butt at the end.
@cosmicjellyfishqueen
Absolutely everything. There is nothing good about me.
