Its energising.

Its active.

Its fun.

Its not scary.

Its not exhausting.

Its worth it 💜🥰

 It was all in the mind. Many days , years were depression free ones, because the only thing holding me back was the physical act of getting up and achieving goals. You know you can build a life you desire with conviction and evidence suggestive you can do anything when you try.

that goes back to it being in the mind, belief. 

Removal of that belief, hope, sense of control and power in your existence. 

It would have been nice to been wise to this reality prior. Not such a hard fall.

the belief held before, you could put me through the worst but there was happiness always because the future was whatever i designed it to be, because it was in my hands pending the work required.

its  resilience, goals. Faith in karma. Faith in you can change the situation you currently find yourself. It’s overwhelming pride in every accomplishment. Drive because you have unquestionable faith it will be worthwhile. 

It’s crazy , but not all good because it leaves you blindsided. 

I say all this but who knows , could have been depressed then. I don’t really feel. It’s logic and logic was more pleasant in those times
