...See more Hi everyone 😢  i feel like the biggest loser right now  Ive had a consistent struggle with getting to work.  I get that I had the toughest year of my entire life but this is STUPID!!!  At least once a week or every other week I’m calling out.  I have therapy a she’s not going to be happy with me. I’m not happy with me. I woke up so tired and feeling like a wet rag this morning. Now it’s afternoon and I’m working in my thoughts.  Idk understand what I’m doing wrong or gore to fix it???!!!?  I’m so frustrated 😩 I’m an adult, I’ve worked full time before. I feel like I’m going throw up.

...See more TW- panic, depression, health, mention of trauma and self harm I’m usually not this vulnerable on this site and I’m sorry that this is so long. I just need some perspectives from people that might’ve gone through at least one thing that I’m going through right now. I’m stuck in my past and I’m worried about my future and I’m trying so hard to stay present In February 2025 I had an injury that caused me to need neck surgery. I had the neck surgery in May thankfully, I’m doing better, but that journey was long and scary things happened in the surgery that I had to stay in the hospital longer than anticipated. The tightness on my neck after the surgery just brought back memories of trauma that I’ve gone through. it brought out a meeting needing help from other people a place of helplessness I couldn’t bend I couldn’t lift I couldn’t twist. I returned to my job like they said and when I got there, I was so frightened. I was so frightened that I was gonna re-enter myself and I struggled with work. I struggled with every pain there might be something wrong. I am now pain-free. I’m working on strengthening and I’ve moved forward with that. In April I had a daughter who suffered with seizures due to substance use. I convinced her to go into rehab. She did that and things were good in September. She tried to take her own life. She was in the ICU for a week every day I would go there every day I would call. I would check in on her. There was a constant let her be OK please I begged for her life and didn’t take care of my own and once again I lived in fear. I made the choice to finally find a new job. It was such a transition that some of you may know taking on a new job is not easy. I had to go without work for a while because of everything because of my own mental health because of my daughters, I’m finally packing work with a job that I love but my nervous system doesn’t think everything‘s OK yet. I struggle with emotions. I can’t seem to get myself straight. It’s a look back. I think that this happened a year ago had to not be where I want to be right now. I enjoy recreational activities. I enjoy going shopping even grocery shopping. Sometimes I like to bake. I like to organize I like to do DIY things I’ve taken on a new hobby of crocheting. I love to be around friends and I’ve isolated myself because I just don’t have things together I don’t want people to see you constantly ask what’s wrong cause there’s so much wrong right now. Today I struggle because I called out of work because I woke up gagging so sick to my stomach because of anxiety and as I sit here for the last hour covered in my tears, I just wanna know how have you gotten your motivation back how have you gotten your joy back? How do you navigate through tough emotions I love you all. Thank you for being here.

...See more I haven’t been as active in forums. I’m back to work and trying to get in a groove.  I had a lot of life events occur this past year. For some reason, I thought the calendar would change to Jan 1st and I’d feel better. High expectations of myself.  I don’t feel as much joy as I used to. Less motivation. Just kinda blah with some smiles and laughter in between. High anxiety.  After speaking with my Dr. We have come to the decision it’s time to change my medication. I’m petrified.  How have you got through this?

...See more Why is it like this? I had a GREAT week with minimal anxiety. Actually felt good and back to myself.  Today I woke up feeling funky and it just hasn’t dissipated  annoying  frustrating  confusing  it’s not linear, I get that but I just want to get off this rollercoaster ride.

...See more This isn’t a feeling that comes around too much…  I can’t talk to anyone about it so luck to you whoever is reading this 😂❤️ I was in a small group therapy with 2 other girls for I think 4 years. We stopped over the summer.  Right before the summer, one had got engaged and got married.  I just got a text from the other, she’s now engaged to a guy she met while we’re all doing group.  I’m happy for her! Thrilled! She deserves it.  I understand I’ve been focused on a lot that’s been going on around me and my life but a part of me is like DAMN these 2 are getting married, engaged and I can’t even get a phone number !!!!  It hit the self pity, loneliness and comparing button. …. I want to have that. ❤️

...See more 💕For the birthday post today 💕 I don’t know if words can express the happiness and love that was filled in my heart to have awaken to see all the comments.  To me, it meant the world.  Since a little girl, I walked around concerned if I would make friends, was I wearing the correct clothing, did I have conversational skills, but most of all would people like me?  As an adult, those thoughts are still there. Maybe not as loud. This year as some of you know has been filled with one thing after another. The goal has been to look where my feet are and keep moving forward. Somedays I wasn’t able to do that with out support from here. That could have come through as hearing me out through my tears, panic or providing laughter.  I’ve been unconditionally myself. It’s blessed me with amazing people on here that I’ve got to know in a way I never thought was possible. Again thank you for being a part of my special day. You made it wonderful 💜

...See more I still feel like this at times Today is one of them I often wish I knew what it was like to have a mom that was supportive, loving and well a MOM. Someone to go to lunch with every now and again, maybe a walk, chat on the phone, undoubtedly actually cares.  What about a father? He accompanies mom with the support and love. Helps you make difficult decisions, “daddy’s little girl”, shows you how to use tools and build things.  A husband or partner? A man who is so generous to just love you for you and who you have become. A best friend to talk to and tell them how your day went. Date nights. An argument here and there but making up brings the love that closer together.
