Calling
Hey!
I'm new here and wanted to ask if there are many listeners that also call with you instead of typing.
Should you just ask or do some of them have it written in their info?

So here at Cups we only message through the website. Listeners are not allowed to have any outside contact with others. You can definitely chat with them about anything through the messages though! Please don't hesitate to ask any further questions! I hope this helps.

Also I opened up in 2 chats and both of them didnt answer to me:/

@WhaleRed Yes, telephone support was allowed in the past (years ago).
If you go to Browse Listeners and choose someone who has a Chat Now button, they should reply to you. If a listener has a Chat Now button but ghosts you, please report the listener.

@WhaleRed - Listeners cannot call since sharing any contact information is against the rules, they can only chat through 7 Cups.
I am sorry to hear that you have reached out to a couple listeners and have not heard anything back, they could have either been offline or busy. Also some listeners won't take chats that are about certain subjects due to boundaries that they have set for themselves, and some listeners won't take new chats period since they could be busy being a long time listener for other member(s).
With all of that being said I would suggest using the browse for listeners function, and when you find some that you may like message them, if they don't reply move on to the next.
As for reporting a listener, I would only do that if they responded to you in a rude way. Reporting should be a last resort.
@WhaleRed @RarelyCharlie Oh wow, I never knew that 7 Cups had telephone support years ago. That's interesting and I wonder what changed it. Whale, I want you to know that it's fairly common to not have people answer when you open chats but don't let that get you down! Sometimes it takes a few tries, but you will connect with the right Listener soon enough! I'm rooting for you!
@fruityPond7887 The story is told here, among other places: The Quest. Personally, I find it surprising, because no other telephone support service that I know of has ever switched to webchat.

There are lots of different ways to get typed support here. One way is to just post on this thread once a day about how you are doing. The responses are slow, but you will definitely get something from people who know what you are going through. @WhaleRed
