last week I found out I’ve been getting cheated on. All I want is him right now. I’ve been no contact for 4 days. I didn’t sleep all night because I’m struggling so bad.

is it ok to message him or should I hold off? Do cheaters love who they cheated on?

There is not a one answer deal ........ some might have a deeper relationship........ but for some it is simply a connection they do not have with their partner. If you research and i do suggest it many things in things like the link here will explain it better.

That sounds really painful. I think no matter what that you will need some healing time. What kinds of things are you doing to distract yourself?@affableLunch3686

I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult time. Discovering infidelity can be extremely painful and it's understandable that you're feeling hurt and confused right now. Ultimately, the decision of whether to message your partner or maintain no contact is a personal one, and only you can determine what feels right for you.

That being said, it's generally advisable to give yourself some time and space to process your emotions before making any impulsive decisions. Taking time for self-care, seeking support from friends or family, and considering professional counseling or therapy can be beneficial during this challenging period. It's important to prioritize your well-being and emotional healing.
